Business Support Coordinator

What you do:

  • Compiles and analyzes data, prepares reports, assists in budget process, and performs other professional and technical duties
  • Assists in design and implementation of business processes, procedures, and policies
  • Responds to inquiries and documentation requests from various government customers and agencies under existing contracts and future RFQs
  • Prepares invoices in accordance with various agreements and production schedule
  • Updates aircraft purchase agreements, bill of sale documents, invoices, and other aircraft sale-related documents

What you bring:

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (1 – 3 years)
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and demonstrated willingness to work in a support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
