Quality Manager

Pilatus Business Aircraft is looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. In this role, you will verify compliance with regulations, standards, policies, and procedures issued by the overseeing aviation authorities and Pilatus for purchased and sold products including aircraft and aircraft components. What you do:

  • Maintains a quality system for the Completion Center compliant with EASA Production Organization Approval (POA) and Completion Center Procedures Manual (CCPM) and ensures that staff conforms to the quality assurance regulations, procedures, requirements, and approved data and standards
  • Maintains FAA Repair Station RSM/QCM, Forms Manual, and training program IAW 14 CFR 145 and ensures that staff conforms to the quality assurance regulations, procedures, requirements, and approved data and standards
  • Maintains FAA MIDO PMA quality system and oversight of PMA parts conformity process and ensures that staff conforms to the quality assurance regulations, procedures, requirements, and approved data and standards
  • As Internal Auditor, maintains and supervises the execution of the Internal Procedure Audit program including internal annual audit plan and yearly audit review such as FFA CRS and PMA audits
  • Coordinates POA and FOCA audits in conjunction with the Quality Management department at Pilatus Aircraft in Switzerland

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years general aviation industry experience. FAA A&P license required
  • Leadership capabilities and previous supervisory experience required
  • Demonstrated project management experience and implementation of companywide processes
  • Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, communication, writing, and presentation skills
