What you do
- Engineering assistance to the customer support groups in troubleshooting complex cases
- Engineering support for all assigned systems of the PC-24
- Creating trouble shooting procedures for assigned systems
- Updating technical content of troubleshooting database and maintenance manual
- Analysis and resolution of airworthiness / flight safety related occurrences
What you bring
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in electrical or aeronautical engineering
- Experience in the aerospace industry in the field of customer engineering support
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure correct prioritization to meet a set schedule
- Working across multiple organisations
- Fluency in English (at least C1), German is an advantage
