CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Your place of work: Stans, Schweiz
What you do
- Act as primary technical point of contact for government customers
- Provide solutions to technical and operational queries raised by operators
- Interface with other Pilatus departments and suppliers
- Identify product improvements based on in-service feedback
- Represent Pilatus at customer meetings and support the liaison office
What you bring
- Engineering degree or aircraft technician qualification with a strong background across aircraft systems
- Experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with military customers
- Customer support focused with a pro-active attitude
- Fluency in English, German will be an advantage
- High level of flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
