What you do
- Manage cross departmental programs of new aircraft development and complex in-service upgrades
- Coordinate project teams based on assignment incl. lateral management
- Be responsible for overall project team tasks, goals, finances, and report to senior management
- Manage internal customers and liaise with certification authorities
What you bring
- University Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering with at least 10 years of work experience in the Aerospace sector
- Proven project and lateral management skills
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA certification requirements
- Customer liaison experience as well as experience in dealing with military customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural team and to bring projects forward under challenging timescales in a dynamic and responsive environment
- Fluent in English (min. C1) with strong communication and mediation skills
