What you do
- Advice internal and external international production sites for PC-12 structural quality notifications, deviations, of metallic airframe parts and assemblies
- Prepare, check and approve dispositions for structural deviations including the substantiation by classical analysis and using the existing finite element models
- Prepare risk assessments for structural deviations, perform cause analysis and initiate corrective actions to prevent structural deviations
- Prepare, check and approve technical memos and certification engineering report, production instructions and acceptance criteria for process specifications and approve drawing and parts list changes related for above corrective actions
- Identify quality notification process optimization
What you bring
- Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with focus on aircraft structures, or equivalent
- Sound knowledge in classical stress analysis
- Familiarity with NASTRAN, FEMAP as well as safe life and damage tolerance analysis knowledge would be an advantage
- Flexible, innovative and able to work on tight deadlines and changing priorities
- English Level B2; German Level A2 would be an advantage
