Trade Compliance Manager (a)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable Export Control regulations such as the Swiss Goods Control Ordinance (GCO), US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as well as other national regulations in order to ensure compliant on time deliveries from and to Pilatus
• Maintenance of SAP Global Trade Services as well as managing business processes within the system as one of the key users and Process Owners
• Obtaining, managing and monitoring Export Licenses throughout the supply chains as necessary in compliance with Swiss, US and other Export Control Regulations, including issuing and obtaining required End-User Certificates (EUC)
• Product classifications of Pilatus manufactured and externally sourced goods e.g. commodities, software and technology/services in compliance with all applicable Export Control Regulations
• Support and advice regarding Trade Compliance topics cross-functionally within the organization and of external business partners such as suppliers and customers
• Execution of Executing Sanctioned Party Screenings and/or Embargo and Sanctions verifications and Know your customer (KYC)

Damit überzeugen Sie uns

• Completed commercial education as well as several years of professional experience with focus on export/import/forwarding and Trade Compliance
• Professional experience in an international industrial company
• Expertise in European and international foreign trade and export control law e.g. Swiss Goods Control Regulation, German Foreign Trade Law, UK Trade Compliance Regulations, and/or European Dual Use Regulations
• Knowledge of US Export Control regulations (EAR and/or ITAR) is a plus
• Very good skills in MS Office, SAP ERP and SAP GTS is an advantage
• Excellent Skills in English (C1) and German (C1)
