You will receive training in manual production and assembly techniques for electrical and mechanical tasks. You will learn wiring and mechanics, plus the basics of measurement technology. You will produce, wire up and check the correct functioning of electrical pre-assemblies. You will also make up complex aircraft wiring harnesses and install them as part of the aircraft assembly line. Your duties will further include customer-specific modifications and adjustments as well as testing of the entire electrical installation using automatic cable testers.
