Support Programme Administrator

For our Customer Support Services department, we are looking for a Support Programme Administrator.

Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland

What you do:

  • Administration of support programmes (a.e. CrystalCare-Programme) including activities like maintain and control content of programme coverage, calculate matching pricing and communicate quotes accordingly and activate Module-Service with other OEM's and release matching invoices
  • Ensuring that existing agreements are up-to-date and get amended if required
  • Acting as point-of-contact for Sales-Team as well as Service Center network for in-depth knowledge and Module-Contracts from the respective OEM's
  • Potentially participating at Conferences as well as Tradeshows
  • Providing inputs and suggestions for additional services

What you bring:

  • Professional qualifications, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
  • Broad aerospace background is mandatory
  • Knowledge in operational cost calculation
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German (min. C1), understanding of other languages is an advantage
