Customer Support Engineer

Our Customer Technical Support department has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Engineer.

Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland

What you do:

  • Providing high quality solutions on trainer aircraft technical and operation issues raised by customers
  • Acting as primary point of contact on technical, publication and operational queries
  • Working with other involved departments as well as suppliers and vendors
  • Creating Fatigue Analysis and Engine Condition Trend Monitoring reports for Pilatus Trainer Aircraft
  • Representing Pilatus at customer meetings and supporting the liaison office

What you bring:

  • Engineering degree (BSc and MSc or equivalent) or technician qualification with strong technical background across all aspects of aircraft systems
  • Experience in the aerospace industry; customer liaison experience is advantageous
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with very good writing skills (Level C1 and above)
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and be pro-active in finding solutions
  • High level of social competence especially in dealing with foreign cultures
