Director Customer Relations

Pilatus is hiring a Director Customer Relations to join our award-winning Customer Service team. In this position, you will be responsible for the Customer Relations department and in charge of providing Pilatus Class level support services to all owners, operators, and Service Centers in the Americas through administrative and non-technical matters. What you do

  • Monitor and manage contractual compliance with Pilatus Class Support Agreements
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures that assure Pilatus Class level customer support services for the owner/operators of Pilatus aircraft
  • Administer and revise as necessary Service Center Policies and Procedures (SCP&P)
  • Monitors and reports Service Center performance
  • Document, communicate, and escalate when required all key issues (customer, product, and service related) to the VP Customer Service
  • Manage Technical Publications subscriptions and delivery
  • Manage Warranty program
  • Manage CrystalCare support program
  • Develop and manage Pilbal CrystalCare systems and procedures
  • Prepare and present at support meeting, regional operators conferences, and other industry meetings including NBAA, etc.
  • Perform month-end closing and reconcile/answer questions to Accounting, Business Support, and Pilatus/Stans
  • Prepare monthly departmental reports
  • Prepare annual expense budgets for Customer Relations department
  • Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned by the VP Customer Service

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination technical training and work experience in aviation field
  • 5-7 years of technical customer operations experience in aviation, PC-12/PC-24 knowledge preferred
  • Professional disposition and excellent communication skills essential
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills required
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage, assign, and track multiple tasks in a fast paced demanding environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor with the team and customers
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
  • Experience with ERP/MRP, database analytics and dashboard reporting software desired
  • Ability to travel (less than 25%), both domestically and internationally and full COVID-19 vaccination required
