What you do
- Coordination and support of obsolescence management within the procurement organization
- Collaboration with internal departments such as engineering and product management, and participation in interdepartmental tasks related to obsolescence
- Developing supplier parts lists as well as entering and maintaining obsolescence data in SAP
- Creation and processing of obsolescence requests for the procurement department and monitoring of the obsolescence status of the Bill of Materials of any Pilatus aircraft types.
- Analysis of master and transaction data for the creation of key figures and metrics for monitoring the obsolescence process and transactions
- Preparation of presentations, reports, statistics and calculations for internal stakeholders
What you bring
- Commercial or technical education with further specialization in procurement
- Several years of work experience in purchasing, procurement and/or obsolescence management.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry would be an advantage
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office and SAP (module MM)
- Independent personality with strong communication skills as well as a structured and process-oriented mindset
