Predictive Services Manager

What you do

• Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationship with Operators
• Review data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues
• Collaborate with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for pro-active maintenance activities
• Work with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Follow-up with Customers for rapid return to service and develop and develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to better serve their needs
• Keep up-to-date with emerging maintenance technologies and make recommendations for their implementation

What you bring

• Broad aerospace background, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
• Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Proficiency with IT Tools (Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.)
• Fluent English language skills are required. Proficiency in German considered advantageous
• Although based in Stans, willingness to travel occasionally and to be flexible in working time
