What you do
- Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationship with Operators
- Review data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues
- Collaborate with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for pro-active maintenance activities
- Work with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Follow-up with Customers for rapid return to service and develop and develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to better serve their needs
- Keep up-to-date with emerging maintenance technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
What you bring
- Broad aerospace background, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
- Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency with IT Tools (Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.)
- Fluent English language skills are required. Proficiency in German considered advantageous
- Although based in Stans, willingness to travel occasionally and to be flexible in working time
