What you do
- Handle legal issues and legal projects as assigned by the Head of Legal/Deputy General Counsel
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating different types of contracts such as NDAs, procurement contracts, lease agreements, maintenance contracts and other contracts
- Providing accurate and practical legal advice in a timely manner to all Business Units and subsidiaries
- Assisting contract managers within the Legal Services Team in projects, tender processes and other tasks typically allocated to a contract management team in the Business Unit Government Aviation
- Support the Head of Legal/Deputy General Counsel and her Legal Services Team in the implementation of internal training in legal and compliance matters
What you bring
- Swiss Master of Law degree or equivalent law degree from a European University
- 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience as an in-house legal counsel or equivalent, preferably in an international company (aviation industry or other industries an advantage)
- English and German on a full professional proficiency level (C1-C2)
- Independent, proactive and efficient way of working with a quick grasp and a flair for preparing and documenting legal advice content in a way that is appropriate for the target group
- Ability to independently supervise larger projects with a high degree of complexity
- Team player with very good negotiation, presentation and communication skills
