What you do
- Plan, coordinate, manage and execute complex government customer projects for supplying and/or upgrading Ground Based Training Systems
- Manage project teams with a matrix setup within legal, technical, engineering, purchasing and logistics departments
- Manage external suppliers, integrators and customers, incl. planning of meetings with project teams
- Conduct customer acceptance events in house and at customer facilities
- Assist Customer Liaison team in bidding for changes on existing and/or new contracts
What you bring
- At least 2 years practical experience within complex programme management
- At least 3 years practical experience within project management
- High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, flexibility and communication skills
- Technical background in military Ground Based Training Systems
- Direct Experience with Pilatus PC-21 GBTS is highly preferable
- Very good written and spoken English (C1) and German (at least B2, higher level is a plus)
