Your Tasks
- Provide engineering assistance to the technical support groups in troubleshooting complex cases
- Provide engineering support for electrical and avionics systems of the general aviation products (PC-6, PC-12, PC-24)
- Provide engineering support for mechanical systems of the general aviation products
- Analyze and resolve airworthiness/flight safety related occurrences
- Produce and maintain trouble shooting procedure for assigned systems
With this you convince us
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent education) in electrical, mechanical or aeronautical engineering
- Experience in aerospace industry in the field of customer engineering support
- English level C1; German knowledge would be an advantage
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision in a dynamic and responsive environment across multiple organizations
