Your Tasks
- Coordinate with production engineering and procurement to plan the delivery of GBTS products parts and components from vendors and suppliers on time and within budget
- Coordinate with the GBTS teams (technical project manager, hardware engineering), logistics, production and procurement to plan and control the supplier and production deliverables at each project stage
- Assess, communicate and manage internally and externally the modification in the products that are been developed and produced by the production line and suppliers
- Define and monitor appropriate supplier/production KPIs to assess and report the status of all GBTS deliverables, highlighting the risks and deficiencies while proposing possible mitigation strategies and solutions
- Support estimation of timeline, schedule and costs of new GBTS technical projects
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; masters degree is an advantage
- At least three (3) years of experience in production planning in the aeronautical or automotive industry
- Sound knowledge of system engineering processes and standards (e.g., IEEE 15288 or equivalent)
- Project management experience, as well as experience with tools like Microsoft Project, BigPicture or similar is desirable
- Advanced English (B2/C1) and German (B2/C1) skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to perform to tight deadlines and under pressure on parallel activities, prioritizing tasks with a structured approach and working equally well in a team or individually with a proactive attitude
