Your Tasks
  • Interface and coordination of component repairs between Pilatus customer service and external suppliers/internal repair
  • Check repairs quotations carefully and communicate any price adjustments to the Exchange Pool Manager
  • Create repair orders and booking goods in SAP
  • Supplier management, which includes KPI creation and discussion, TAT monitoring, delivery deadlines, performance monitoring, etc.
  • Continuous monitoring of the exchange pool and close coordination with exchange pool managers and material planning
With this you convince us
  • In addition to a completed apprenticeship, you should also have some years of experience in dealing with suppliers
  • Have experience in handling aviation spare parts
  • Very good written and spoken English and German (min. C1)
  • Experience with SAP and Office applications
