Lukas Gähwiler

Lukas Gähwiler has been a member of the Pilatus Board of Directors since mid-2020, and Vice Chairman since 2022.

Lukas Gähwiler works full-time as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of UBS Group AG. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of UBS Switzerland AG from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that he spent twenty years in leading positions for Credit Suisse in Switzerland and North America. Lukas Gähwiler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. He has also completed an MBA in Corporate Finance at the International Bankers School New York and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. In addition, Gähwiler is a member of the Board of Directors at Ringier, the Swiss media company.
