TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Your Tasks
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, investigating and interpreting complex issues related to GBTS products such as flight simulators
- Coordinate on-site support with customers to resolve in-service issues and ensure compliance with Pilatus customer requirements
- Support GBTS software and hardware integration, evaluations and testing
- Collaborate with Pilatus internal stakeholders and customers for continuous improvement
- Investigate reported failures and problems in GBTS software and hardware, providing timely resolutions
- Prepare, review and update technical documentation focusing on GBTS systems
With this you convince us
- University degree in aeronautical engineering, software engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer support roles within the aviation industry
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex systems, preferably within a simulation OEM environment, with a strong understanding of ground training systems including simulators
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with customers and Pilatus internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in verbal, written communication, delivering technical concepts clearly and concisely as well as experience in writing technical documents
- Fluency in spoken and written English as well as willingness to travel internationally
