Your Tasks
- Improvement of AOG support
- Quickly respond to customer AOG requests in the most effective way
- Assure that service customer requests are in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborating with Subsidiaries, Customers & Service Centers
- Sourcing of material
- Arranging and tracking of ongoing shipments worldwide
With this you convince us
- Technical or commercial education
- Several years of professional experience in the field of material management, customer service spare parts or aircraft maintenance
- Knowledge in using technical documentation to identify materials and experienced with ERPs preferably SAP
- English level B2
- Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholders
- Working independently but being a team player at the same time
