Pilatus operates a maintenance facility at the headquarters in Stans, Switzerland. The workshops are equipped to support the entire Pilatus product range. Proximity to the manufacturing and development facilities ensures a decisive competitive advantage. Our maintenance centres benefit from our comprehensive group-wide engineering expertise to provide our customers with efficient, first-class services.
Our team of in-house designers and engineers provide invaluable support and in-depth manufacturing know-how to our Part 145 maintenance shops. The maintenance work performed in our shops in turn provides valuable insights for the next generation product line. From cockpit related units such as instruments, avionics, control stick, pedal, oxygen system and seat belts to structural units such as elevator, aileron, flap and trim actuators, landing/strobe/anti-collision lights and landing gear – our MRO services cover the full aircraft. Our extensive pool of exchange and overhauled outright parts significantly reduces turnaround time, thereby minimising the time your aircraft spends on the ground.
