Your Tasks

  • Improvement of AOG support
  • Quickly respond to customer AOG requests in the most effective way
  • Assure that service customer requests are in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborating with Subsidiaries, Customers & Service Centers
  • Sourcing of material
  • Arranging and tracking of ongoing shipments worldwide

With this you convince us

  • Technical or commercial education
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of material management, customer service spare parts or aircraft maintenance
  • Knowledge in using technical documentation to identify materials and experienced with ERPs preferably SAP
  • English level B2
  • Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholders
  • Working independently but being a team player at the same time
